Just wanted to drop a quick note to say thank you for coming to my rescue. I live in Glen Cove and I was heading out to work the other morning and couldn't get my car started.  Your roadside assistant was quick to come to my rescue. As it turned out it wasn't the battery but a bad starter. He was able to handle everything, towing it to my mechanic while I got to work with an Uber.

It was so comforting to be able to hand everything over to the driver and not have to worry about it anymore.

I had to admit what I did but I wanted to say thank you to your driver and the service you provide. I took my Subaru into the mud and guessed it couldn't handle it. I wanted to get my mother to the backdoor of our home after her physical therapy session. Driving around the side of the house I ended up getting it stuck in the mud. Frank was able to hook up the truck's winch and pull my little Subie out without damaging it in any way- except for its ego :-) 

He did this with ease and without judgment. So nice and friendly, so caring, and respectful. Thank you.  

WOW! Great service. My daughter's car broke down on Beverly Place in Levittown when visiting a friend.  We are from Riverhead and she wasn't familiar with local tow companies. After calling me she Googled you guys and called. Levittown Road Rescue was quick to respond and knew exactly where she was. They arrived, evaluated the situation, and agreed to transport the vehicle to a local garage that fixed the situation (bad coils) and we have the car back. So great to know that there are local businesses that care about Levittown residents and its visitors.
